Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master (Focus on Data Products) We are looking for a Scrum Master with a hybrid profile, who will go beyond conducting agile ceremonies and act strategically in connecting business, technology, and delivery. About the role: This professional will have a fundamental role in evolving the work model of ongoing initiatives, contributing to the aculturation of agile and, mainly, ensuring fluidity and value generation in deliveries. We are looking for someone with strong vision of product development and data analysis, who can drive the team towards achieving goals and delivering results. The ideal candidate will have experience in Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and data-driven decision making. He/She should be able to facilitate collaboration among team members, ensure effective communication, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, he/she should be able to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that meet business needs. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
