Project Description:

To support our team at our customer from the field of Funk and Communication, we are looking for a Scrum Master Funkkommunikationssysteme im SAFe-Kontext (m/w/x) to be employed by K-tronik. Sounds interesting? Then we look forward to your application!

Tasks:

• Lead and moderate all Agile meetings, including Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
• Counsel and mentor team members in Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement, cooperation, and innovation within the team.
• Responsible for conducting the planning and maintenance of Sprint plans and backlogs through the team. Create and evaluate automated reports in the ticket management system (Jira / IBM RTC) to ensure the quality of planning and the maintenance of tickets.
• Work together with the Product Owner (PO) to effectively prioritize the backlog.
• Support the PO in writing clear and precise stories in a suitable format to facilitate understanding and implementation by the development team.
• Help the team define the Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR), and support them in eliminating obstacles that could hinder progress.
• Identify dependencies within the project and ensure that there are no delays in achieving Sprint goals, by proactively addressing potential blockages.
• Track the team's velocity and ensure that user stories are delivered incrementally in each Sprint to provide insights for future planning.
• In the SAFe context, work closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and other Scrum Masters to ensure overall coordination and synchronization between teams and achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

• A completed degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar qualification/education with an IT background
• Excellent communication skills
• Fundamental experience in evaluating and configuring ticket management systems like Jira or IBM RTC.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methods, particularly Scrum
• Knowledge of object-oriented software development (C++), Python, Yocto is desirable to facilitate effective communication with the development team
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is advantageous and shows engagement for Agile principles and practices
