In our Delivery Enabler Guild, eleven Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Delivery Enablers are currently working at several locations in Germany. Our mission: to establish Delivery Enablement as a strong, future-proof role and to effectively support project teams, even in the AI transformation. We share knowledge, jointly evolve our role, and bring in diverse strengths. Our projects range from individual development teams to international programs in industries such as automotive, energy, and the public sector.

This is where you come in: As a Delivery Enabler, you will take responsibility for a role in transition, guide interdisciplinary teams through the AI transformation, and significantly contribute to developing Delivery Enablement into a strong, future-proof function.

• Strengthening Teams: You work closely with your development teams: You remove obstacles, further develop constructive working methods, and thus promote effective team structures.
• Managing Stakeholders: You actively bring together the diverse interests of the team, client, and MaibornWolff, thereby ensuring a clear, efficient decision-making and communication flow.
• Securing Delivery: Based on concrete metrics, you make the impact and value contribution of your role visible. You create a shared understanding of goals and expectations, remove obstacles, and address potential risks early on.
• Integrating AI Agents: You enable your team to optimally integrate AI agents and tools, and you keep an eye on the associated process and communication shifts. You confidently guide teams and clients through AI-related change processes.
• Shaping the Area: Together with your Delivery Enabler Guild, you will further develop our understanding of the role, share your knowledge, and drive relevant topics forward. If you wish, you can also engage as a mentor in employee development or in other internal tasks.

• Education: You ideally have a completed degree in business or IT - however, your real project experience is what matters most to us.
• Practical Experience: You bring at least 3-5 years of relevant project experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a comparable role within software development. You are familiar with both teamwork at the team level and coordination across multiple teams, ideally supplemented by experience in intercultural contexts.
• Methodological Competence: You master agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, and ideally also scaling models like SAFe, Nexus, or LeSS. Furthermore, you are strong in stakeholder management, facilitation & workshop design, as well as agile metrics and forecasting. Perhaps you have already gained experience with OKRs, Flight Levels, or Value Stream Mapping.
• Tools: You routinely and purposefully use AI applications for your own work efficiency. Additionally, through your project work, you have gained a clear understanding of the effectiveness and potential pitfalls of AI in software development.
• Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel up to two days a week if needed – for workshops, team events, or direct on-site exchange with the team and clients.
• Language Skills: You speak fluent German and very good English.
