Scrum Master Location: Chennai Experience: 9 to 12 Years Employment Type: Full-time Your role: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth delivery across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban frameworks, with a proven ability to coach teams and remove impediments to achieve high performance. Key Responsibilities Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, promoting continuous improvement. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members. Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize product backlog items and ensure alignment with business objectives. Work closely with Development Teams to identify and remove impediments, ensuring high-quality delivery of products. Develop and maintain a shared understanding of Scrum principles and practices across teams. Provide training and coaching to teams on Agile methodologies and best practices. Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Ensure that all activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
