Job description
For the Central Agency for Asylum Seekers, we are looking for a Scrum Master. You will be part of Team ICT Opvang & Keten. Their ICT solutions contribute to humane reception, with a strong focus on quality.
You will work together with six scrum teams that develop and manage applications, such as the residents' information system, applications supporting placements, matching applications allowing residents to do volunteer work, and applications supporting the facility process at locations.
Daily, you will closely collaborate with developers (.NET, Progress, Mendix), testers, application managers, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Solution Architects.

Your profile
- HBO+/WO work and thinking level with a relevant academic background
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a complex IT environment
- Knowledge and experience with the Agile way of working
- A minimum of PSM1 certification
- A strong and valued conversation partner for both team members, other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders
- Organizational sensitivity (stable, but also able to move within boundaries as the organization asks and dares to say where it stands)
- Good communication and social skills
- Experience working in chains and/or complex government organizations is a plus
