Role Summary Guides and coaches the team on the agile framework, methodology, and best practices, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient delivery of high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities: • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of Scrum principles, values, and practices to guide and support the team. • Coaches and mentors team members in Agile methodologies, facilitating continuous improvement and growth. • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Facilitates regular Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up Meetings, and Retrospectives, to ensure effective communication and decision-making. • Monitors and reports on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Fosters a culture of transparency, open communication, and trust within the team, promoting collaboration and teamwork. • Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are managed. • Participates in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date on Agile best practices and industry trends.
