Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development team applying Scrum principles and practices. Knowledge of techniques and patterns supporting Scrum (e.g. Burndown/Burnup, various Retrospective formats, error handling). Hybrid work - Warsaw (office 2x a week).
