Job description

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support and guide Agile delivery teams in building high-quality software products. In this role, you will help teams apply Agile and Scrum practices effectively, eliminate obstacles, and continuously improve collaboration, delivery speed, and product quality. Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation Facilitate core Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Ensure that teams understand and adhere to the Scrum framework, and provide guidance on iterative development, continuous improvement, and team empowerment. Team Coaching Provide coaching and mentoring to teams to improve their collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Help teams identify and prioritize tasks, set realistic goals, and track progress towards those goals. Process Improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall team performance. Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and other team members. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in software development environments. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values. Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
