This role requires more than textbook Scrum knowledge, the successful candidate must be able to drive delivery, manage strong personalities and difficult stakeholders, and operate effectively within strict governance, audit, and compliance environments. The Scrum Master is expected to own Agile execution, enforce discipline, and keep the team focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
