Scrum Coordinator (m/w/d) Bremen

Job description

IT-Project Coordination and Requirements Management with a focus on Structure, Transparency, and Collaboration.

We are currently looking for reinforcement in the area of IT Project Coordination / Agile Delivery for an established company.

You will ensure that requirements are clearly structured, prioritized, and efficiently implemented – in close coordination with departments, IT, and project leadership.

Aufgaben

  • Planning and Moderation of Regular Meetings (e.g. Weeklies, Refinements, Retros – pragmatically, not dogmatically)
  • Structuring and Prioritizing Requirements, as well as Allocation to Projects and Epics
  • Translation of Technical Requirements into executable Tasks for the Development Team
  • Closely coordinating with Demand Management, Project Leadership, and Departments
  • Support in Release and Milestone Planning
  • Maintenance and Administration of Jira (Epics, User Stories, Tasks, Boards, Workflows)
  • Ensuring Transparency regarding Progress, Effort, and Capacities
  • Creation of Reports and Dashboards for Management and Stakeholders
  • Identification of Improvement Potential in Processes and Flows
  • Continuously developing ways of working in the sense of pragmatic agility
  • Supporting the Team in Structuring and Continuous Improvement

Qualifikation

  • Degree in IT or comparable qualification
  • Two years of professional experience in one of the following roles: Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Coordinator:in, or Software Development/IT Consulting with clear organizational and coordination aspects
  • Familiarity with:
    - Jira (Epics, Boards, Workflows, Dashboards, Time tracking)
    - Common Collaboration Tools (Confluence, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Experience in Agile Methods (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in Reporting (e.g. Jira-Dashboards, Excel/Power BI, Confluence-Reports)
  • Understanding of DevOps and Development Processes (e.g. CI/CD Pipelines, Git, Ticket and Release Processes)
  • Fluent German skills
