Our mission: empower investors. Sound financial advice has always existed, but it was reserved for those who exceeded a certain wealth threshold. We are changing the game by building the all-in-one investment platform, powered by AI: track assets, manage budget, invest, and learn, all in one place. A simple and ambitious idea guides us: put a private banker in everyone's pocket.

Mounir launched Finary in 2021, and today, over a million people trust us with their financial lives. We launch cutting-edge products with a touch of fun, and we are demanding about experience, performance, and simplicity.

Why Now?

A new generation of investors is emerging: ambitious, engaged, free from money taboos. We believe in a world where investing allows everyone to live the life they've always dreamed of. To accelerate, we raised €40 million from Hedosophia, Y Combinator, and Speedinvest, alongside founders and operators like Steve Anavi and Alexandre Prot (Qonto), Matthieu Rouif (Photoroom), Eric Demuth (Bitpanda), Axel Weber (former Chairman of UBS), and Harsh Sinha (CTO of Wise).

In July 2026, the AMF granted us MiCA approval, which is in addition to our Investment Firm approval: we are one of the very few French platforms to hold both, with stocks, ETFs, and crypto combined on a single regulated platform, at a time when Europe is consolidating around licensed players. There has never been a better time to join us.

THE ROLE

Finary is building the private bank for the internet generation. Our YouTube channel is the leading personal finance channel in France: 880,000 subscribers and 5 to 10 million views per month, entirely produced in-house by a team that treats content as a product, meaning it's measured, iterated, and designed with method.

You will be responsible for everything written at Finary Media, from end to end: research, script, packaging, fact-checking, delivery. The words are yours, from the initial idea to the final edit.

Your two main areas of focus will be:

• The Finary YouTube channel. Long-form videos that blend storytelling, economics, and investment, watched by hundreds of thousands of people. Your benchmark: our best videos exceed one million views.

• Finary One. The content for our wealth management offering, aimed at sophisticated investors with over one million euros in assets. This is the writing with the highest stakes at Finary: fewer views, but far more significant consequences.

You will also write for all surrounding formats: preparing the Finary Talk podcast, and anything that requires words. If it's written and it matters, it's for you.

Two elements distinguish this role from any other scriptwriting job:

• You will be in front of the camera. You will present your scripts yourself. This is not optional; it's part of the job here.

• You will work natively with AI. Our production system relies on LLM workflows, custom skills, and automation. You won't just use these tools; you will build your own. The ideal candidate for this position has already built things: prompts, agents, knowledge bases, small scripts.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• One of your videos exceeds one million views within your first three months.

• From the third month onwards, your Finary One content generates €100 million in prospect assets under management each month.

• 90% of your scripts are approved in a single review round, and your production timelines decrease.

YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE

• Expert mastery of investment and personal finance: you can go in-depth, without notes, on private equity, real estate, tax wrappers, and wealth structuring.

• Proven writing experience in front of a real audience (YouTube, press, newsletter, blog), with demonstrable results.

• Impeccable factual rigor: no errors in data, figures, or concepts, ever.

• Conciseness as a reflex, both in writing and speaking.

• Total autonomy: you manage your own system, you meet your deadlines, and no one needs to follow up with you.

• Native AI proficiency: you build with LLMs and automation because that's how you think.

• Comfort in front of the camera, or the desire to get there quickly.

BONUS POINTS

• You have written for successful YouTube channels, or you have your own.

• A background in finance, asset management, or fintech.

• You have independently led a small coding project, a Claude skill, or an automation pipeline.

Interviews

Interviews with French-speaking candidates are conducted in French. As an international company, we expect a professional level of English, which we will assess during the pre-selection interview.
