With BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING, you will work on the development and evaluation of closure systems for parenteral medications. You will accompany innovative products in the pharmaceutical environment and contribute to ensuring the quality and integrity of modern packaging systems.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklungstests: You plan and conduct tests on the development of closure systems (Container Closure Systems (CCS)) for parenteral medications.
• Versuchsauswertung und Analyse: You evaluate test results and assess closure systems from vials, prefilled syringes, and cartridges.
• Methodenentwicklung: You develop and validate methods to ensure Container Closure Integrity (CCI).
• Optimierung: You improve existing test and verification procedures considering regulatory requirements.
• Dokumentation: You create and review technical reports, risk analyses, and regulatory documents and ensure GMP-compliant documentation. Analytik: You plan and conduct bioanalytical analyses in the field of protein analysis and antibody determination.
• Entwicklung: You develop and expand existing assays, particularly ligand-binding assays.
• Evaluation: You evaluate new technologies such as ddPCR and integrate them into existing processes.
• Troubleshooting: You analyze results, identify error sources, and develop ligand-binding assays.
• Labororganisation: You coordinate laboratory workflows including equipment and capacity planning.
• Dokumentation: You create and maintain a GLP- or guideline-compliant documentation (SOPs, test plans, and reports).

Qualifikation

• Qualifikation: Completed studies in pharmacy, biology, biotechnology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, or physics.
• Erfahrung: First practical experience in the pharmaceutical environment or quality assurance is advantageous.
• Fachwissen: Fundamentally technical and scientific understanding of parenteral product development, particularly with regard to Container Closure Systems, is desirable.
• Datenanalyse: Knowledge in the field of statistical evaluation and interpretation of scientific data.
• Arbeitsweise: Structured, solution-oriented, and self-reliant with high transferability.
• Sprachen: Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
