Job Title: Research Scientist - Invitro ADME Assay Team Experience Level: 3-5 years Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Scientist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) assays and physicochemical studies to join our drug discovery team. The ideal candidate will conduct critical in vitro assays, advanced metabolism studies, and analytical bioanalysis to support lead optimization and candidate selection. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting invitro ADME assays using various techniques such as HPLC-MS/MS, LC-MS/MS, and radiolabelled compounds • Developing and validating new methods for the analysis of metabolites and parent compounds • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, and interpret results • Providing expert advice on assay development, validation, and troubleshooting • Maintaining accurate records of all work performed, including protocols, data, and results. Requirements: • Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ADME assays and physicochemical studies • Strong understanding of ADME principles and their application to drug discovery • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
