Scientific Writing Trainer

Overview Cactus Life Sciences partners with the global biopharma industry to drive innovation and elevate patient outcomes through agile, science-driven medical communications. As a growing scientific communications agency, we are seeking a driven leader (designation will be Manager, Quality and Training ) to take on this pivotal role that spearheads the training and development of budding writers transitioning into medical communications. Responsibilities encompass crafting an intensive onboard training program for new hires, developing and implementing comprehensive training curricula, mentoring junior trainers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new talent. This role will also involve conducting needs assessments, designing and delivering customized training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in scientific writing, editing, or related fields, with experience in training and development. A master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communications, Biology) is required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is essential. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and project management tools is a plus.
