As Scientific Lead, you will embed scientific integrity across the full innovation pipeline , bridging dermatological research with product development. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all products are underpinned by robust scientific principles and data. Key responsibilities: * Oversee scientific and clinical aspects of product development. * Interpret scientific research and translate it into product concepts. * Provide scientific expertise to cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D and Regulatory. * Lead the design and execution of clinical studies. * Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements in skincare. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. * Mentor and develop junior team members. Requirements: * PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Dermatology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology). * Proven experience in skincare product development. * Strong understanding of clinical study design and execution. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to translate complex scientific information into accessible consumer-facing language. * Experience in a regulatory environment.
