- We are looking for an engaged school leadership (m/w/d) in full-time at our new nursing school location in Finsterwalde.
- In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing the school as well as shaping a modern learning culture.
- You will actively participate in an innovative project to hybridize nurse education and create together with your team an inspiring learning environment.
Job Description
- BUILDING AND LEADING A NEW NURSING SCHOOL, taking into account the state's educational mandate.
- DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A SCHOOL AND LEARNING CULTURE CONCEPT BASED ON THE SELF-ORGANIZED LEARNING (SOL) MODEL.
- COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS, EXTERNAL PARTNERS, SUPERVISORY AUTHORITIES, AND ASSOCIATIONS.
- SUPPORTING AND DEVELOPING YOUR TEAM AS WELL AS PARTICIPATING IN SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT PROCESSES.
- RESPONSIBILITY FOR ECONOMIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL MATTERS AT THE LOCATION.
- SUPPORT FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS WORK AND NETWORK MAINTENANCE.
- ACTIONABLE SHAPING OF THE HYBRIDE NURSING SCHOOL PROJECT AND BRINGING IN YOUR OWN IDEAS.
Profile
- COMPLETED UNIVERSITY DEGREE (MASTER) IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION, preferably in nursing or medical education.
- PRACTICAL TRAINING IN NURSING.
- EXPERIENCE IN DIDACTICS AND REFORM PEDAGOGICAL LEARNING CONCEPTS.
- ORGANIZATIONAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL COMPETENCE FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.
- COMMUNICATION STRENGTH, TEAMWORK SKILLS, AND HIGH SELF-MOTIVATION.
- SUCCESSFUL HANDLING OF MS OFFICE AND IT AFFINITY.
- DESIRABLE: TEACHING EXPERIENCE, FIRST LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE OF SELF-ORGANIZED LEARNING.
