Job Description

• Execution of the locking service and regular control walks to detect damage and ensure cleanliness, as well as immediate securing and removal of danger spots in case of accident risk
• Funtion checks on lighting, emergency power generators, smoke exhaust doors, lightning protection, heating, ventilation, and elevators
• Immediate action in the event of acute damage, vandalism, or break-in (emergency security measures)
• Participation in the school's crisis team and operation of communication systems
• Operation of the fire alarm system (FAS) and smoke detectors, securing escape routes
• Blocking and removal of weather-related danger spots, control of winter service
• Management of the locking system and assigned keys, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of the school building and courtyard
• Coordination and support of specialized companies, as well as execution of smaller repairs
• Collaboration with school leadership and secretariat, control of cleaning companies and support in waste disposal and construction measures

Profile

• Completed vocational training or technical education with professional experience
• Presentation of an extended ID card
• Handicraft skills
• Readiness to work shifts
• Sense of responsibility and high willingness to engage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
