About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga * Permanently employed full-time (40 hours per week) * Based at our office in Wellington, with occasional travel throughout Aotearoa * You will be part of a team that is passionate about making a difference for ākonga and their whānau. What you'll do | Tāu mahi * Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement initiatives that improve education outcomes for ākonga * Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including schools, kura, and community organisations * Provide expert advice and guidance on education-related matters * Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines that support the achievement of our organisational goals. What you'll need | Tāu whakaritenga * Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field * 3+ years' experience working in an education setting * Strong understanding of the New Zealand education system and its complexities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
