Role: School Teacher (Primary/Secondary) — hiring through Hustlr Staffing Services for partner schools across India. This is an on-site teaching role requiring hands-on classroom delivery, student assessment and parent engagement.

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned lessons (CBSE/ICSE/state boards) that engage diverse learners and meet learning objectives.
• Maintain a well-managed, inclusive classroom environment using positive behaviour strategies and differentiated instruction techniques.
• Design and administer formative and summative assessments; record, analyse and report student progress to school leadership and parents.
• Create and implement support plans for students needing remediation or extension; collaborate with special educators when required.
• Communicate proactively with parents/guardians about academic performance, behaviour and development; participate in parent-teacher meetings.
• Support school programs—supervise co-curricular activities, attend staff meetings and engage in continuous professional development.

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject plus B.Ed. (or equivalent teacher certification).
• Minimum 1–3 years classroom teaching experience in K–12 settings; experience with CBSE/ICSE/state curricula preferred.
• Strong lesson-planning, classroom-management and student-assessment skills.
• Clear communication skills in English and/or relevant regional language for parent engagement.
• Familiarity with digital classroom tools (Google Classroom, MS Office, SMART Boards) and basic ed-tech practices.
• Eligible for background verification and able to work on-site across India.

Preferred

• Postgraduate degree or subject-specialisation; training in pedagogy, special education or learning differences.
• Experience with competency-based assessment, blended learning models and formative-feedback loops.
• Certifications in first-aid, child safeguarding or counselling are advantageous.
