Job description
The School Outreach Admission Manager will be responsible for building relationships with schools, principals, and counselors to generate student leads for our programs. This role focuses on awareness, engagement, and conversion by conducting outreach activities, presentations, and events that position our institution as the preferred choice for higher education. Experience: 1-3 Years Key Responsibilities School Engagement Identify and build partnerships with schools in target regions. Schedule meetings and presentations with school administrators to promote our programs. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner schools. Event Planning Plan and execute events, such as information sessions, workshops, and fairs, to engage students and showcase our institution's offerings. Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and marketing materials. Data Analysis Track and analyze data on event attendance, lead generation, and program interest to inform future outreach strategies. Reporting Provide regular reports to stakeholders on outreach activities, program interest, and student leads generated. Communication Develop strong communication skills to effectively engage with schools, principals, and counselors. Build trust and credibility through transparent and timely responses to inquiries. Program Knowledge Stay up-to-date on our institution's programs, services, and initiatives to provide accurate information to school partners. Certifications None required.
