Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore
Experience: 3+ years (preferred)
Qualification: Any graduate or diploma holder with relevant supervisory experience in housekeeping or facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the school premises.

• Plan, assign, and monitor daily cleaning schedules for classrooms, restrooms, corridors, offices, and outdoor areas.

• Inspect facilities regularly to ensure standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance are met.

• Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Train and guide housekeeping staff on safety, hygiene, and proper cleaning techniques.

• Coordinate with the administration team for event setups and special cleaning requirements.

• Handle staff attendance, duty rosters, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure adherence to the school’s safety and hygiene policies.

Key Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Bangalore.

• Ready to travel to Devanahalli for work.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a school, hospital, or institutional environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage a team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and discipline.
