School Experience Manager

Job description

We are seeking a full-time School Experience Manager to assume ownership of a portfolio of clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, utilizing our products and solutions. This position is critical to the maintenance and growth of our existing client base and is often the face of the company. We seek personable and professional School Experience Managers willing to be creative and think outside the box while aligning their work with broader team and company goals. The right candidate will … * Be the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of schools, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. * Proactively engage with schools to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and provide solutions and support to ensure their success. * Manage the onboarding process for new schools, including training, implementation, and ongoing support. * Monitor school usage and identify opportunities for increased engagement and product adoption. * Analyze data and provide insights to schools on their performance and areas for improvement. * Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and other resources to support school success. * Collaborate with the sales, product, and engineering teams to address school needs and feedback. * Identify and escalate critical issues or concerns to the appropriate internal teams. * Track and report on school performance and key metrics. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education. * Travel as needed to meet with schools and attend industry events. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role. * Experience working with schools or educational institutions preferred. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. * Ability to travel internationally. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development opportunities * Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students and educators
