The ideal candidate will be able to provide guidance and support to students, teachers, and parents, while also contributing to the development of our school's counselling programme. Key responsibilities include: • Providing individual and group counselling sessions to students, focusing on academic, social, and emotional well-being. • Developing and implementing a comprehensive school counselling programme that aligns with IB standards. • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to identify student needs and develop strategies for supporting student learning. • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular feedback to parents and teachers. • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in school counselling. • Contributing to the development of our school's policies and procedures related to student well-being and support. The successful candidate will possess: • A Master's degree in Counselling or a related field. • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a School Counsellor or in a related role. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents from diverse backgrounds. • Familiarity with IB programmes and standards is an asset.
