Location: Hillside Primary & Nursery School
Contract Dates: 17th November – 26th December 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM (10 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (PAYE)
Employer: Vertas Group Limited (via Agency)

Early Morning Cleaner – Help Keep a School Community Safe and Clean
Vertas Group Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Cleaner to join the team at Hillside Primary & Nursery School. This early morning role ensures the school is fresh, safe, and ready for pupils and staff every day.
Key Responsibilities
Clean classrooms, offices, toilets, and teaching areas
Vacuum, mop, wipe down, and disinfect all required surfaces
Empty bins and remove waste in line with site protocols
Follow daily cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor
Candidate Requirements
Trustworthy and punctual with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently to a high standard
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to provide references

This role requires the following:
Enhanced DBS Check with Barred List – current or willing to obtain
CV and proof of right to work in the UK
Proof of address and National Insurance number
3 years of employment or character references
Overseas Police Check (if applicable)
