School Bus Dispatcher, Full Time, SPLIT SHIFT Carp, ON

Voyago is currently recruiting for a Dispatcher for School Bus Drivers in Carp, Ontario. Reporting to the General Manager, the Schools Dispatcher is responsible for the dispatch of drivers and providing accurate direction. The role also includes providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment. Split shift hours to support school bussing peak times Ensure dispatch and driver operations are in accordance with established standards. Creatively arrange routes and driver schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize delays. Provide clear and concise instructions to drivers, ensuring timely and safe transportation of students. Develop and maintain effective relationships with school administrators, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Maintain accurate records and reports, including dispatch logs, driver hours, and student transportation data. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Voyago's policies and procedures.
