Interface Specialist: ERP System Migration (m/w/d)

As a globally active company in the scaffolding technology, we are currently facing one of the biggest technological challenges in our IT landscape: the replacement of our existing ERP system (Discos II – based on MS Dynamics AX 2009) with SAP S/4HANA. To ensure a smooth parallel operation of both systems, the establishment of stable and efficient interfaces is essential.

To support this central transformation project, we are looking for motivated professionals who will strengthen our existing team with their expertise in interface management.

Your Tasks

• Alignment & Coordination with Departments: Analysis of existing processes and support in harmonizing between old system and SAP
• Creation of Functional Specifications: Description of the technical requirements for interfaces based on business processes
• Technical Specification & Documentation: Translation of functional requirements into technical interface requirements together with internal and external IT partners
• Data Alignment & Cleansing: Support in analyzing, preparing, and transferring relevant data from Discos to the SAP target landscape
• Test Management: Participation in planning and conducting tests (interface tests, integration tests), including error analysis and follow-up
• Closely Collaborating with Internal Teams (IT, Departments) as well as external service providers
