Do you enjoy painting? Would you like to turn your hobby into a profession or do you have years of experience in this beautiful trade? Then we are looking for you! You will start as a painter at a company that provides total maintenance for businesses, individuals, institutions, and property managers. Your responsibilities include: exterior and interior painting, wallpapering, and wood rot remediation. As a painter, do you feel you do excellent work? We at the Faber Family admire your work! You make others' lives a little more beautiful every day through your work.

What we offer
Do you have years of experience as a painter? We offer a salary in accordance with the Painters' Collective Labour Agreement (Schilders CAO), depending on your experience (we are happy to make a proposal that suits you). Our painters receive a permanent contract upon good performance. You also start building your pension from day one. We value personal contact, which is why our account advisors stay in touch with you. We do this throughout your entire career to help you with all your questions and all matters related to your work. We offer all our painters two courses or training programs per year, so you can continue to develop in your profession. This includes VCA, Spraying Techniques, or Wood Rot, etc. Besides work, we also consider relaxation very important as an employer. That's why we at Faber Personeel organize events every summer and winter, such as drinks, BBQs, and fun outings. Additionally, you also save through the Faber savings program for every hour worked, allowing you to save for the latest tools, great outings, or gifts. All in all, your work is appreciated!

Is it you?
You have relevant work experience in the painting industry, can work independently as well as in a team. You possess a valid VCA certificate, and you also have a driver's license and your own transportation. You enjoy being in contact with colleagues and residents every day. Achieving a beautiful final result is something that energizes you! Furthermore, proficiency in the Dutch language is required as it is the working language on the job site. If you have no experience or no valid VCA, inquire about the possibilities.

Where you will work
You will work within a painting company in Eindhoven, however, the work activities are throughout the entire South of the Netherlands. The company is considered a small organization within the industry, but it distinguishes itself through its well-trained painters who are employed there. The company is a painting company, but because they provide total maintenance, they also collaborate with a number of partners in other disciplines. This includes plasterers, carpenters, tilers, and facade cleaners.
