What you will do:

What you do
As a painter, you will work from Drachten on diverse maintenance and real estate projects in Friesland. You will primarily work on homes for housing corporations, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and look presentable. Your tasks will include, among others:
Interior and exterior painting;
Sanding, puttying, priming, and finishing;
Preparing and assessing various substrates;
Minor wood rot repair and remedial work;
Caulking and neat finishing of connections;
Working according to agreed quality standards;
Independently carrying out tasks;
Careful handling of residents and their homes.
You will collaborate with other painters, carpenters, and supervisors. At the same time, you will have sufficient autonomy to apply your professional knowledge in practice.

What we offer
A gross monthly salary between € 3,150 and € 3,960, depending on your experience and professional knowledge;
Employment conditions in accordance with the Painters and Finishing Companies Collective Labour Agreement (Schilders- en Afwerkingsbedrijven-cao);
Pension scheme through BPF Schilders;
25 vacation days and 7 additional days off (ATV-dagen) on a full-time basis;

Is this you?
You are a skilled painter who can work independently and values quality. Additionally, you possess:
3 to 5 years of experience as a painter;
Experience with maintenance painting;
Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials;
An eye for detail and a neat way of working;
Good communication skills towards residents and colleagues;
A valid VCA certificate or the willingness to obtain one;
Driver's license B;
A flexible and customer-oriented attitude.
