To strengthen our Niederlassung Ingenieur-, Wasser– und Brückenbau location, we are looking nationwide for the next available position a Schiffsführer (m/w/d) Wasserbau.

What is expected of you

• Flying boats on inland waters
• Bug work and driving in conjunction with water construction equipment
• Independent maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the vessel as well as preparation and participation in regular SUK inspections
• Control of safety devices on board
• As needed, working on water construction projects (e.g. as a deckhand or on land)
• Challenging, demanding construction projects in harbor, water, and special deep foundation construction
• An open communication culture in a collegiate environment

Your experiences

• Certificate of competence to operate push boats / inland vessels (Union patent, Rhine patent, former B-patent or equivalent)
• Teamwork and enthusiasm for your work
• Availability for deployment and travel nationwide
• Handicraft skills
• Openness to professional further education
• Class B driver's license
