Shift Leader Production Logistics m/w/d

For one of our clients from Salzgitter, we are looking for a shift leader for production logistics m/w/d in full-time (40 weekly hours) for direct placement.

At our client's company, which is active in the field of warehousing, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality work results.

Your tasks: Ensuring timely and high-quality work results
Guiding, coordinating, and motivating up to 15 employees
Creating shift and vacation plans
Compliance with statutory regulations, particularly in the area of occupational safety
Communication with customer interfaces during daily business
Analysis and correction of errors

What you bring:

Completed training in a production-, logistics- or commercial profession is desirable
First leadership experience is required
Solution-oriented and pragmatic working style
Excellent customer- and service-oriented skills
Communication strength, assertiveness, and team ability
Safe handling of MS Office
