- Ensuring a disturbance-free manufacturing process, including compliance with recipes, production plans, material usage, and quality requirements
- Professional leadership of the shift team, including planning, training, and motivating employees
- Operative execution of mass production
- Control of daily workflows in the shop floor and close coordination with technology, logistics, and quality
- Organization of cleaning and product change processes under compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Reporting, documentation, and follow-up on deviations, as well as participation in optimizations
