Our team is looking for a shift leader with REFA or SYGA EFZ certification to lead our teams in the kitchen and front-of-house areas. As a shift leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes run smoothly during your shift, from opening to closing. This includes managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. You will also be expected to support the team in achieving their goals and providing excellent customer service. In addition to your leadership skills, we are looking for someone with a strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
