Shift Leader/Shift Supervisor Bottling (m/f/d)
Responsibilities

• You look closely – You document relevant key figures (e.g., analysis of daily bottling process) and evaluate them. From this, you then derive the appropriate measures.
• You take responsibility – Together with your shift team, you manage, control, and monitor the operational bottling process during your shift. You ensure that quality and hygiene regulations are observed, as well as all other relevant requirements, especially from the area of occupational safety. You are responsible for the shift efficiency of the bottling lines, support the bottling management, and, above all, your team, actively on the equipment if necessary, especially during bottlenecks. You do not lose sight of the goals of the group and the location, and therefore actively work with ideas from your team to constantly improve processes.
• You ensure smooth operations – You monitor and control the cleaning, maintenance, and care of the technical equipment and operational areas. You ensure optimal equipment availability at all times. You coordinate maintenance measures in cooperation with the maintenance department.
• You lead with competence and passion – You take on the leadership, guidance, and further development of the assigned employees (m/f/d) in the bottling area with joy and the necessary assertiveness. When creating the personnel deployment plan (shift and vacation planning), you ensure ideal shift staffing. You not only organize but also conduct the shift meetings.
• You improve our processes – You participate in the continuous improvement process and develop optimization proposals within your area of responsibility and implement them where possible.

Profile

• Your education – You have successfully completed a technical vocational training as well as training as a master craftsman or technician.
• Your experience – You have relevant professional experience in the bottling sector.
• Your personality – You are characterized by your strong communication skills and organizational talent. Your team mentality enables you to drive the team forward. You support this with a appreciative error culture, clarifying causes, and developing solutions. When performing your tasks, you always keep the goal and costs in mind. You are also willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Your expertise – You have sound MS Office skills. Reliable SAP knowledge, experience with the ProLeiT process control system, and experience with the LABbase laboratory software are desirable.
