  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of production employees
  • Control of manufacturing orders regarding quality, quantity, and deadlines (incl. required documentation)
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and production standards
  • Planning of personnel and resource deployment with production management
  • Training and development of new and existing employees
  • Participation in CIP and Lean Management projects
  • Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance)

  • Completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, metal technology, or mechanical engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in a production company, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
  • Experience in a leadership position desirable
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Responsible, communicative personality with strong leadership and organizational skills and a high quality standard
