Shift Manager Tamm (M/F/D)

As a shift manager, you and your depot will ensure that every delivery results in a really great customer experience. You will operationally and technically coordinate the daily routine, keep an eye on priorities, and contribute to making the operational delivery process a little better every day.

What you will do

Do you want to start a career in an operational leadership role and take responsibility during your shift in the depot? As a shift manager, you are the first point of contact on the floor, you give clear work instructions, and you ensure that all tasks are carried out smoothly, safely, and according to plan. You identify problems early, solve them directly, and work closely with team leaders, the depot boss, and other interfaces. If the situation requires it, you will also roll up your sleeves and get involved operationally, for example, during bottlenecks, absences, or internal deliveries. Does that sound interesting? • Experience in Last Mile Delivery? Cool, but not a must.

• You possess a Class B driver's license.
