ENF BFY GmbH is a production facility with around 100 employees in the Bavarian town of Faulbach. The focus of production is on the manufacture of protein, fruit, and nut bars. Since 2023, the ENF BFY production facility has belonged to the Ferrero Group. With 39 brands sold in over 170 countries, it is one of the world's largest companies in the field of packaged confectionery ("Sweet Packaged Food"). Ferrero has been managed for three generations and remains family-owned. Shift Supervisor Maintenance (m/f/d)

Location: Faulbach
Start Date: immediately

• Varied activity in an interdisciplinary team with diverse requirements in all aspects of site maintenance
• Planning, controlling, monitoring, and optimizing reactive and preventive maintenance activities
• Leading and developing a group of people in a multi-shift system
• Analysis and elimination of weaknesses, particularly concerning occupational safety and plant availability
• Participation in the creation, introduction, and adherence to company standards and procedures
• Monitoring and coordination of the economical use of internal and external resources
• Participation in maintenance and investment projects

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in a recognized electrical trade with further training as a master craftsman, state-certified technician, or engineer
• Personal suitability as well as sound knowledge of relevant electrical engineering regulations and standards
• Experience in personnel management and employee development
• Strong problem-solving skills within a team
• High communication and assertiveness skills, as well as flexibility and willingness to perform
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety rules
• Role model for a safety culture within the area of responsibility
• Compliance with hygiene and environmental protection regulations
• Proficient use of MS Office applications
• Very good German and good English skills
