Employer Description We are number 1 in Europe in our field and are continuing to expand! Our specialty is plastic parts and assemblies for mobile fire protection. We supply almost all European fire extinguisher manufacturers with safety components. Shift Leader Manual Assembly Your tasks * Leading a team of ~ 15 employees * Ensuring compliance with production specifications and production processes * Production according to time and technical specifications * Implementation and monitoring of quality control measures * Optimizing production processes * Cooperation with the departments involved * Planning and control of personnel deployment in the shift * Training and instruction of employees * Ensuring workplace safety * Implementing and monitoring continuous improvement processes * Creation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) Your profile * Completed vocational training in a technical field or comparable qualification * Several years of professional experience in manual assembly, ideally in the plastics processing industry * Experience in leading and motivating employees * Knowledge of quality management systems * Knowledge of production processes and workflows * Structured and independent way of working * Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure * Good communication skills * Very good German skills in spoken and written form * Willingness to work in shifts We offer * A secure job in a growing company * A varied and responsible job * A collegial working environment * Attractive salary and benefits * Opportunities for further training and development * Modern workplaces and equipment
