Shift Supervisor Electrical Engineering - Assembly / Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You coordinate daily tasks and keep an eye on ongoing manufacturing orders to ensure a smooth process on our assembly lines
• You support our employees with questions in their daily work, accompany new colleagues during their onboarding, and are an important interface in the manufacturing area
• You pay attention to production times and deadlines, identify bottlenecks or disruptions early on, and find pragmatic solutions together with those involved
• Together with our quality assurance department, you ensure that quality specifications and test instructions are adhered to
• You identify optimization potential and contribute your practical ideas to continuously develop workflows and processes
• You participate in the creation and preparation of work instructions, test reports, and other manufacturing documents and work closely with production management and adjacent departments

Profile

• You have completed technical training in electrical engineering or mechatronics, e.g., as an electronics technician for devices and systems, operational technology, or plant technology
• You have several years of practical experience in industrial manufacturing or assembly of electromechanical assemblies
• You enjoy taking responsibility, coordinating workflows, and being a point of contact for colleagues
• You have a confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to assert yourself while collaborating solution-oriented with others
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner
• You have good German language skills and are proficient with MS Office and ideally ERP systems; experience as a foreman, shift supervisor, or in a comparable coordinating role is an advantage – but not a requirement
