SCHEDULER/ORDER FULFILLMENT H/F

Manpower . Launch and track subcontracting orders, in coordination with production priorities.  Analysis of needs and generation of fabrication orders for semi-finished and finished products, based on needs.  Guarantor of the assembly plan, in line with commercial objectives.  Proactive communication with the sales department regarding delay adjustments (potential delays related to purchases or internal/outsourced production).  Assurance of operational continuity of the department (stocks, purchases, after-sales service).  Close collaboration with procurement for tracking and managing missing components.  Active participation in inventories.  Strict adherence to procedures and optimal use of GPAO tool.  Force of proposal, particularly in creating, setting up, and following performance indicators. Experience in planning/scheduling (as a responsible person), ideally in the watchmaking or precision mechanical industry  Analytical spirit, autonomy, and sense of priorities.  Good relational skills with a collaborative spirit  Ability to manage unexpected events and collaborate with procurement, production, stock, and after-sales services.  Good mastery of Excel (cross-tables, formulas; macros plus) and GPAO tools. .
