Scheduler - Industrial and Data Center Projects
Job description
Job Description We are seeking a detail-driven Scheduler to support the planning and execution of construction schedules for complex data center projects, ensuring precision in progress tracking, reporting, and coordination across disciplines. Based on-site in Querétaro, the Scheduler will play a key role in maintaining baseline accuracy and facilitating decision-making through reliable schedule analytics. Responsibilities Programme Development & Updates Support the development of project schedules, including creation of programme logic diagrams, resource levelling, and critical path analysis. Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment with overall project objectives. Schedule Management Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of construction activities, taking into account dependencies, constraints, and resource availability. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including Gantt charts, network diagrams, and resource allocation plans. Monitor and control project progress against scheduled milestones, identifying and addressing deviations from the planned schedule. Reporting & Communication Prepare and present regular schedule reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, milestones achieved, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of schedule changes, updates, and issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in the data center industry. Strong understanding of project management principles, including programme development, schedule control, and resource allocation. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or other project scheduling software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
