Claims Adjuster (m/w/d)

This is what's waiting for you

• You will take in-depth inquiries from customers and partners on all channels (phone, email, chat) and document and process all matters using AI to the extent possible.
• The topics to be processed range - in addition to general inquiries - from checking and approving newly registered partners, contract adjustments and terminations, to monitoring open payments up to claims handling, processing, and regulation.
• You will become an expert on our products and ensure that our customers and partners are always provided with a transparent and traceable decision-making process.
• You will take on new claims cases (household goods, liability, accident) independently, ensure active claim management to reduce the claim expense, and lead further steps.
• You will maintain, develop, and use our CRM system as well as our own developed contract management and claims system actively with us.

This is what you bring

• You have completed training in insurance & finance (ideally with experience at an insurance company, InsurTech, or insurance broker).
• You know which information and details are important for processing different matters and cases, and possibly already familiar with modern communication tools (e.g. Zendesk, Slack).
• You convince through your friendly, winning, and communicative nature, have fun speaking and writing with customers, and set your excellent German skills in word and writing confidently and negotiation-safely.
