Claims Manager

• Receiving and registering new claim files
• Analyzing claim reports and checking policy conditions
• Communicating with customers, brokers, and insurance companies about ongoing files
• Requesting and assessing necessary documents and proof of evidence
• Evaluating liability and the extent of the damage
• Determining compensation according to policy conditions and legal provisions
• Following up on the payment of compensation
• Monitoring the progress of the file and reporting to involved parties
• Informing and advising customers about the status and handling of the file
• For 1/4 of your day, you will be responsible for preparing policies and administration

• Dynamic and commercially-minded professional who seizes opportunities immediately

• Handles files accurately and with attention to the customer's specific situation
• Enjoys working in a team and supports the sales department, including with market comparisons
• Places great importance on honesty and trust
• Possesses a PCP certificate (Person in Contact with the Public)
• Has experience in preparing insurance quotes
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of various products from major insurers
