Job description
Function As claims handler, you guide clients from A to Z in their accident cases. You are their fixed point of contact and ensure a correct and customer-friendly follow-up of the entire file. Your task package: first point of contact for clients in case of accidents (by phone, via email or at the office) starting, analyzing and following up on claim files maintaining contact with insurance companies, experts and other involved parties following up on communication and ensuring a smooth progress...
