Job description

A Sales Advisor is responsible for offering an optimal experience to customers, contributing to sales and profits of the store. As a Sales Advisor, you always prioritize customers, help them, and share your knowledge of products and fashion. You create an environment where it's easy for customers to make their purchases thanks to the store's activities and excellent garment care. You also share your knowledge and skills with colleagues, offering your help if needed, to create a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

To offer an excellent customer experience.
To fold, hang, present, and highlight clothing to maximize sales opportunities.
To handle, store, and restock actively clothing on the sales floor and in stock.
To open, unpack, and count merchandise while respecting routines.
To assist customers with their purchases and returns at the cash register.
