SAP Project Manager Job Overview: Lead strategic IT initiatives of high technical and organizational complexity within the ERP team, driving digital transformation across multiple departments and stakeholders while ensuring governance, budget control, risk management, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic scoping, roadmap definition, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives for complex IT programs and projects. Establish and manage governance structures, including project charters, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication protocols. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting. Ensure effective collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the ERP team.
