Satellit - IT Project Manager

Job overview Lead end-to-end IT project delivery from initial feasibility and RFI/RFP drafting through production deployment and post-go-live maintenance, including stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, contract oversight, and knowledge transfer. Key responsibilities Coordinate initial project phases including studies and RFI/RFP drafting; identify stakeholders; and define project plans covering scope, deliverables, schedule, resources, and governance. Secure and allocate necessary resources for project execution; manage project timelines and milestones; ensure effective communication with stakeholders; and maintain accurate records of project progress. Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies to achieve successful project delivery. Coordinate post-go-live maintenance activities including knowledge transfer, documentation, and continuous improvement. Key skills and qualifications Strong understanding of IT project management principles and methodologies; excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with project management tools and software such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
