Satellite - Functional Analyst (Payroll)

Lead functional analysis for payroll software projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, optimize solutions, and ensure quality delivery. Key responsibilities Create and maintain functional specifications for payroll projects in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders Estimate workload for required features and coordinate planning with cross-functional teams Optimize existing software and define test scenarios, prepare test data, and validate implementations. Support business users during the implementation phase and create user documentation. Analyze and solve reported issues (2nd and 3rd level support). Manage stakeholders during the entire project lifecycle. Participate in the definition of the product vision and roadmaps. Contribute to the improvement of processes and documentation. Skills and experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.) Several years of experience in payroll processes, ideally in international environments. Experience in functional analysis and requirements engineering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, etc.) is an advantage. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
