As a SATECO Masonry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills on large-scale projects. Your main missions will be: ? To realize complex concrete coffrages using the SATECO system with impeccable precision. ? To design and realize stair coffrages while ensuring quality and conformity of the work. ? To ensure efficient mounting and dismounting of coffrages, respecting safety standards in effect. ? To follow plans and technical instructions, collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow. ? To actively participate in construction meetings to discuss progress and potential adjustments needed. Your expertise will be essential for anticipating problems and proposing adapted solutions. ? To contribute to a positive work environment by sharing your knowledge and supporting colleagues in completing their tasks. You will be a key player in project success, ensuring each step is completed with care and professionalism. We expect: ? Significant experience as a mason coffrer, particularly in stair coffrage. ? Proven skills in reading and interpreting technical plans. ? Autonomy, rigor, and respect for deadlines are essential assets for this role. ? In-depth knowledge of safety standards on construction sites to ensure a safe work environment. ? Mastery of French is essential for effective communication with the team and understanding instructions. ? A Nacelle permit constitutes an additional asset, allowing you to intervene on various construction sites. Additionally, good physical condition and ability to work in a team are valued qualities in this role.
