As WMS Administrator, Warehouse Systems Specialist, or administrative logistics clerk, you are responsible for the management and optimization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) via SAP.

You work closely with both IT and operations and play a key role in improving processes:
- Managing and optimizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Acting as the point of contact for users with questions or technical issues
- Analyzing problems and ensuring quick and efficient solutions
- Supporting logistical processes through system adjustments
- Participating in implementations, upgrades, and changes within the WMS
- Testing new functionalities and following up on improvement projects
- Documenting processes and system adjustments
- Training and supporting colleagues in using the system
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners

You combine operational insight with a strong interest in systems and process optimization.

Profile
You have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience
You have experience with Warehouse Management Systems or logistics IT
You are analytically strong and think in a solution-oriented way
You communicate smoothly with both technical and operational colleagues
You work in a structured and accurate manner
You are eager to learn and like to take initiative
You are a team player who can also work independently

Additional Assets: Experience in a warehouse or production environment Interest in process optimization and digitalization
