As an SAP User Support Specialist, you'll work within a help desk environment providing timely, accurate SAP support to internal staff across NZDF.
This role would suit someone who enjoys structure, routine, and getting through meaningful volumes of work accurately. You'll be someone who can juggle competing priorities, stay focused under pressure, and deliver a great customer experience.
Over time, and once fully trained and confident in the role, there will be opportunities for flexible working arrangements.

We're looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working at pace. You'll enjoy working in a high-volume environment and take pride in supporting others to get the best out of SAP.
You'll bring:

* SAP experience or exposure, ideally within Finance and/or Inventory Management modules (training can be provided for the right person)
* A finance or accounting background, or strong understanding of financial processes
* Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage competing demands
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders
* A customer-focused mindset with a solutions-driven approach

You'll also be a positive, motivated team player who is flexible, open to change, and keen to grow your capability in a supportive team environment.

Higher Level Security Clearance

* You must be a New Zealand citizen or you must hold New Zealand Permanent Residence or have a current New Zealand Residency Class Visa.
* At minimum, you must hold New Zealand Permanent Residence or have a current New Zealand Residency Class Visa, and you must be a citizen of and have lived in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States of America or New Zealand continuously for the last ten (10) years.
* You must have a ten (10) year background history that can be verified and assessed appropriately by the NZ Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) to determine if you are suitable for a security clearance at this level.
